I started reading Fragile and I really love how much detail you put into it! I have my own webcomic that I'm working on and I hope to be as good as you in the future. Your comics motivate me to work harder.

I hope you're doing well! :3

Oh god you have a deviantart! :happybounce:

I'm so glad that I decided to see if you actually have one.

I really love fragile story and can't wait for more. If I may say, fragile really reminds me of shoujo manga a little. With all the sparkles and cuteness :XD: but maybe it's not.

Your style is so cute! I have question about webcomics.
Is there a specific program that you have to use to make one or can photoshop do it too? If photoshop can, what pixels sizes and resolution should I use to make a simple one :?

^^/ Thanks! Makes me happy you life Fragile. I would say it's a bit shoujo, since it focuses on the lives of girls...

Regarding webcomics, you can make em in any software you'd like, or even paper. It's all about what's more comfortable for you. I personally work on MangaStudio EX4.0. I rough, pencil, ink and tone/color digitally, but there are many who prefer to draw their comics on paper, scan them, and post them online.

If you want to work on Photoshop, pick the layout you want to work in (full manga size? [about 5x7"] newspaper strip? [wider horizontally than vertically] yonkoma? [wider vertically than horizontally]), work relatively large (like the default A4 new file on PS), and when you're done, resize to post it online (you can look at other webcomics to see what sizes they post theirs. Fragile is about 650px wide, for example. My other comic, Springiette, is 440x1400, because it's tall like a yonkoma).

Resolution, it's just a divisor. Meaning that if you have an X amount of pixels (let's say 2550px), and if you divide it by 300(dpi), the end result (8,5-inches-) is how big the image will be in an output display (a printer). So the rule is to work at large printing sizes (8,5x11, A4, A3, B3), and keep the dpi over 300, in case you ever want to print your comics. Then when you resize, resample the image and make it smaller in pixels, Save for web, and you'll have a comic ready to post online.

I hope I didn't make it even more confusing. ^^;

Thank you very much for the advice :love:
I admit I don't understand some of it but it doesn't mean I never will.
Again thank you very much :D
